If for some reason you are not satisfied with your initial design concepts you may tell us why you do not like them and we will cancel the project and we will refund the amount; minus a service and administrative fee of $10.00.
A refund does not apply if you request for a revision or for final files.
We will also keep and register the copyrights to the designs we have created. There will be no refunds after the initial design concepts phase.
A refund is not valid in the following cases:
If you have approved the initial design concepts.
If revision work is underway on one of the initial concepts at your request.
If the project was cancelled for reason(s) unrelated to the logo design service, i.e. no valid reason is given for canceling the project.
If you or a client’s company goes out of business, changes its name, changes its movement, or decides to do a different business etc.
If you do not communicate with Absolute Logo for more than 12 days after the initial design concepts are presented.
If other design companies were hired to work on the same logo design project at the same time or if the client has posted the project in a contest or crowd sourcing website.
Any package will be eligible for a refund except the following:
